Yes, during this past weekend’s NHL and NBA games in Canada, the National Anthem was loudly jeered. It coincides with 25% tariffs on domestic goods imposed by President Donald Trump.

The U.S. National Anthem was jeered prior to NHL games in Ottawa, Vancouver, and Calgary over the weekend, according to Deadline. The National Anthem was then loudly jeered by the crowd on Sunday prior to the Los Angeles Clippers’ game against the Toronto Raptors.

Don’t kneel. Simply jeering.

I hope that Trump and Canada can resolve their differences quickly so that we may resume our cordial relationship.
