WNBA player DiJonai Carrington’s pregame attire before Friday’s game in the new Unrivaled league caused quite a commotion on social media.

Carrington posted a picture of herself wearing a hoodie with the image of rapper YG and the words “The (expletive) Donald Trump Tour” on it as she arrived to her show.

YG’s 2016 tour was titled The (expletive) Donald Trump Tour, and their single was titled (Expletive) Donald Trump.

Carrington is obviously not a fan of the president because she has posted multiple postings condemning both Elon Musk and Trump. She wrote, “What my hoodie says,” in addition to the pictures of it that she sent to X.

She received a lot of criticism from the MAGA crowd on X for her attire and messaging.

During the 2024 WNBA season, she also encountered controversy as it was alleged that she intentionally poked Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark in the eye during a game.

Carrington has not yet addressed the criticism of her most recent action.

WNBA players Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier announced the Unrivaled competition, a brand-new three-on-three women’s basketball competition.

Last season, Carrington averaged 12.7 points, 5 rebounds, and 1.6 assists, earning her the title of WNBA Most Improved Player.
