At 9:02 p.m. on Tuesday, the National Weather Service reported that Somerset County would get snow through Wednesday at midnight.

In Somerset County’s higher terrain, light snow and snow showers are predicted to persist, with accumulations of up to two inches. In certain snow showers, visibility may momentarily decrease to almost a half mile, particularly prior to midnight. If you have to travel, be ready for roads that are slick with snow. The weather service advises slowing down and giving yourself more braking distance.

United Robots offers a service called Advance Local Weather Alerts that gathers the most recent information from the National Weather Service using machine learning.
