At 3:04 p.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service released a bulletin predicting severe fog in Crawford County, Northern Erie, and Southern Erie through 7 p.m.
“The evening commute will be patchy to regions of intense fog. “Those traveling late this afternoon into this evening should be prepared for rapid changes in visibility as visibility will be reduced to a quarter mile or less in some places,” the weather service adds.
