Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township, McCandless Township, Cranberry, Moon Township, McMurray, Franklin Park, Aliquippa, Canonsburg, Shaler Township, Plum, West Mifflin, North Side Pittsburgh, Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, Hampton Township, and Scott Township are among the places affected by the alert. The following highways are included in this: The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile 27 to mile 53. Pennsylvania’s Interstate 79 between Mile Markers 47 and 81.
