Pittsburgh –Running back Jaylen Warren and cornerback Cory Trice of the Pittsburgh Steelers will be limited early in the week before the team’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals due to minor injuries. Neither player is expected to miss the team’s game against the Bengals due to injuries, according to head coach Mike Tomlin.
Tomlin described both injuries as play-related bumps and bruises and said that the Steelers, including Warren and Trice, have recovered thanks to extended rest.
Due to injuries, Warren and Trice have both missed time this season. After the team’s bye week, Warren, who had struggled with hamstring and knee problems this season, finally recovered. He has now completely returned to his previous self from the previous season.
After missing two months due to a significant hamstring strain, Trice has returned to the team’s rotation, surpassing James Pierre at cornerback in last week’s game against the Chiefs. In that game, he played a career-high 47 snaps.
