CelebrityPrivateJetTracker.com is a website that tracks and publishes the frequency of celebrity private jet flights, as the name suggests.
Similar to Spotify Wrapped, the website just revealed which celebrities made the most money in 2024.
According to the website Celebrity Jet Leaderboard, tech tycoon Eric Schmidt, who was once Google’s CEO, is the person who has flown the most miles in his Gulfstream G650. With 493 flights throughout the year, Schmidt has accumulated 612,578 miles overall.
Elon Musk, who has 320 total flights in his own Gulfstream G650, came in second. 461,191 miles were covered by the head of X in total.
Third place went to Kim Kardashion and her Gulfstream G650, which covered 419,532 miles and 236 flights. Travis Scott (402,344 miles across 293 flights) and Sean Diddy Combs (415,149 miles across 308 flights) completed the top five in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
Many have stated that the purpose of launching a website like this is to highlight the amount of pollution that celebrities produce every time they board and disembark from their aircraft.
These kinds of websites have caused controversy in the past, and according to Business Insider, platforms like Meta have decided to completely block them. Citing privacy concerns, Musk also banned a college student’s X account for doing the same.
Additionally, according to Business Insider, although if flight information is publicly available, some people are still worried that it would encourage potential stalkers to follow celebrities or lead to their damage.
