According to the survey, which was conducted and published by HomeAbroad, Erie has the highest housing demand in all of Pennsylvania.
The survey claims that the neighborhood is the envy of many prospective homeowners due to its reasonable costs and alluring lifestyle appeal.
Lancaster came in second, followed by the Scranton-Wilkes-Barre region in third. In fourth and fifth place, respectively, Reading and State College completed the top five.
