The public is being asked to assist Pennsylvania State Police in finding a man who vanished in York County on Sunday morning.
A missing persons notification from PSP states that Richard Rinehart, 58, was last seen on Manchester Street in Glen Rock at approximately 6:40 a.m.
According to state police, Rinehart may be particularly vulnerable to damage or injury and may be disoriented.
State police suspect Rinehart is operating a white 2009 Lincoln MKX with license plate LPM7493.
He weighs 155 pounds and is 5 feet 7 inches tall. Rinehart has gray, balding hair, green eyes, and glasses. Police said he was last seen wearing a ballcap, trousers, and a big black coat.
