After actress Tricia Cast revealed some devastating news, the cast of The Young and the Restless came together to support her.
Recently, the cast member most known for playing Nina Webster on the show disclosed that her mother passed away on January 18.
Earlier this week, Cast shared a picture of her mother as a young woman on Instagram with the words, “Rest in Peace, Dear Mother.” She also included the date of her mother’s birth and death.
According to Soaps.com, the rest of the cast of The Young and the Restless flooded Cast’s post with condolences for their bereaved colleague.
I’m sending you so much love. Tricia, The show’s Traci, played by Beth Maitland, made a comment. My sincerest sympathies.
Kate Linder, who portrays Esther, echoed, “My heart is with you.”

Cast has intermittently appeared on The Young and the Restless since 1986, according to Soap Hub. Additionally, Cast hinted heavily at the character’s comeback in an Instagram picture from the autumn, even though the character had just left Genoa City.
Later, it was reported by WhatToWatch.com that Cast would be returning to The Young and the Restless sooner than fans might have anticipated. But it’s still unclear what brings Nina back to Genoa City.
