A vintage discovery has been made from a time capsule that was sealed 25 years ago at a private elementary school in Ocean County, New Jersey.
According to school director Linda Phillips, students and instructors at The Education Academy in Lacey Township opened the capsule Thursday and saw a Pok mon trade card with the character Charmander on it.
