According to Ryan Fowler of the Draft Network, the Pittsburgh Steelers visited with defensive lineman Danny Striggow of Minnesota during the Hula Bowl. The dynamic player with late-day three grades was faced by a long list of teams, including theirs.

The Chargers, Panthers, Eagles, 49ers, Buccaneers, Giants, Bills, Jets, Lions, Broncos, Falcons, Browns, and Commanders met with Striggow in addition to the Steelers. With the Shrine Bowl and Senior Bowl approaching in the upcoming weeks, Pittsburgh has spoken with a number of players in the Hula Bowl as the All-Star game circuit gets underway.

Striggow, who weighs 255 pounds and is 6 feet 5 inches tall, plays as a defensive end on the edge but can also slip inside for specific looks. Striggow will need to put on muscle if he wants to accomplish that at the next level; if not, he will be more of an edge rusher.

During his final two seasons with the Golden Gophers, he recorded 11 of his 14.5 career sacks. He recorded 52 tackles, five sacks, and a forced fumble in his final season.
