Pittsburgh –Before facing the Cleveland Browns, the Pittsburgh Steelers seem to be in rather good shape. Alex Highsmith, an outside linebacker, is currently recovering from a minor ankle sprain, although he stated that Sunday is the planned date of his return. The team intends to increase his workload over the week, although he was limited on Wednesday.

Montravius Adams, a defensive tackle, is still recuperating from a ruptured meniscus. The Steelers appear to be happy to let Adams take his time, even if he had a limited practice schedule and might still be a week or two away from playing in a game.

Despite sustaining a concussion on Sunday, Calvin Austin III seems to be making excellent progress toward playing. He is already in the final phases of the protocol because he was seen running during practice and was restrained on Wednesday.

Cory Trice Jr., a cornerback, participated fully. He will miss the rest of the season if the Steelers don’t activate him before Thursday’s practice.

During veteran days off, eight other players either did not practice or had limited practice time.
