Pittsburgh –The Pittsburgh Steelers have terminated Cleveland’s season with their victory over the Cleveland Browns. Pittsburgh’s victory, which may have been the best retaliation Pittsburgh could have gotten against Cleveland after their Thursday Night Football loss, mathematically prevents the Browns from qualifying for the playoffs.

The Steelers saw this as a get-right game rather than a game of retaliation. Players believed they carried out their vision and won because of their mindset.

“It’s a get right, not a get back, as Coach T has been emphasizing all week. In the previous game, we had to learn from our mistakes. Joey Porter Jr., a cornerback, stated, “I think we accomplished that.”

This is at least some retribution and satisfaction that the Steelers received from the Browns, especially considering all of the pregame chatter from George Pickens and the defensive backs of the Browns.

In any case, the Steelers themselves are vying for a postseason place, and they must win one more game to secure their spot. They can accomplish it against the Philadelphia Eagles as early as next week.
