Last Friday night in the Bryce Jordan Center, Tyler Kasak, a sophomore at Penn State and the new No. 1 ranked wrestler at 157 pounds, won Big Ten Wrestler of the Week for his performance in the Nittany Lions’ 30-8 victory over No. 2 Iowa.
For his efforts against the Hawkeyes, Kasak’s teammate Luke Lilledahl was chosen as the Big Ten Freshman Wrestler of the Week.
