Both Harrison Wallace III, the team’s top wide receiver, and Elliot Washington II, a crucial rotational cornerback, attended Wednesday’s practice in Holuba Hall and participated in what seemed to be a packed house.The staff is confident that the two will be available for Saturday’s Big Ten Championship, which begins at 8 p.m. on CBS, coach James Franklin subsequently confirmed.
