The State CollegeAgainst Oregon, Penn State is expected to return two of its key starters to the starting lineup.
Both Harrison Wallace III, the team’s top wide receiver, and Elliot Washington II, a crucial rotational cornerback, attended Wednesday’s practice in Holuba Hall and participated in what seemed to be a packed house.The staff is confident that the two will be available for Saturday’s Big Ten Championship, which begins at 8 p.m. on CBS, coach James Franklin subsequently confirmed.
