According to recent data from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, immunization rates among Pennsylvania kindergarteners continued to decline last year, with measles vaccinations falling far short of what medical professionals say is required to stop outbreaks.

The pattern is consistent with Pennsylvania’s gradually declining rates for all immunizations needed to start school during 2018–19.
