Without a new milkshake flavor, the Pennsylvania Farm Show wouldn’t be the same.
The Pennsylvania Dairymen’s Association revealed their newest entry for the forthcoming show.
The shakes are available for purchase at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg during the Farm Show, which takes place from January 4–11. Additionally, they can get them a day early when the food court for the show opens at noon on January 3 and parking is free.
However, for those who are impatient, the shakes will also be offered at a few pre-Farm Show pop-ups during December.
The first 100 customers in line at each store will receive free shakes thanks to a partnership between The Giant Company and the Dairymen’s Association.
On December 6, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Giant, located at 3301 Trindle Road in Camp Hill, will host the first pop-up.
The following venues will host more pop-ups:
Every year, the Dairymen sell fried mozzarella cheese cubes, grilled cheese sandwiches, ice cream, white and chocolate milk, and vanilla, chocolate, and mix milkshakes during the Farm Show.
The group uses the money raised from the sales to fund initiatives including the PA Farm Bureau Mobile Ag Education Lab, the PA Dairy Princess and Promotion Program, and Fill A Glass With Hope.
The Dairymen have been offering a limited-edition shake flavor for a number of years. The group sold salted caramel last year and previously offered black raspberry and orange cream.
