The HALL Napa Valley Tasting Room & Wine Lounge has opened, bringing a little bit of wine country to Palm Springs.
On November 26, the ribbon-cutting ceremony was held.
The three family-owned, high-end wine brands HALL, WALT, and BACA Wines will be available at the new store, which is owned by vintners Craig and Kathryn Hall.
According to a news release, this opulent Tasting Room & Wine Lounge seeks to promote the local wine industry, inform visitors about its world-class wines, and highlight the unique qualities of the Napa Valley wine region.
In the release, HALL Family Wines’ vintner and owner, Kathryn Hall, stated, “Our new Tasting Room & Wine Lounge is a celebration of the craftsmanship and passion that go into every bottle we make.” We are eager to introduce Palm Springs residents and tourists to our wines and experiences. Palm Springs is the ideal location for our newest site because of its vibrant atmosphere and appreciation of luxury. I’ve spent the most of my life in Palm Springs, and I’m excited to become a part of the community.
The elegant 1,278-square-foot HALL Napa Valley’s Tasting Room & Wine Lounge, located on the famous Palm Canyon Drive and on the lobby floor of the Thompson Palm Springs Hotel, blends elegance with a laid-back desert atmosphere. The space is intended to provide visitors with an immersive, informative experience while embodying the hospitality of wine region.
In addition to discovering the distinctive flavors and subtleties of California’s most renowned wine areas, visitors can learn about each wine’s terroir, climate, location, and HALL’s winemaking process.
With an open plan that skillfully incorporates views of the San Jacinto Mountains and the surrounding desert landscape, the room epitomizes mid-century modern design. The Tasting Room site also expands on the exciting new buildings that are popping up along Palm Canyon Drive. The Tasting Room attracts oenophiles and epicureans for a fresh and creative Palm Springs experience, especially with the opening of Thompson Palm Springs and Lola Rose Grand Mezze in October.
In addition, the Los Angeles-based Boujis Group has plans to open a new restaurant called Bar Issi at the intersection of Palm Canyon Drive and Alejo Road in 2025.
Mike Reynolds, President of HALL Family Wines, expressed his excitement at the company’s decision to expand into Palm Springs. By opening a facility in Southern California, we intend to make it easier for our wine enthusiasts to enjoy a wine-country experience nearer to their home.
The carefully chosen wine options that showcase Napa Valley appellations are the focal point of the recently opened HALL Napa Valley Tasting Room & Wine Lounge. With the opportunity to buy wines by glass or bottle, guests are welcome to partake in specially designed wine flights and distinctive tasting experiences.
