Luke Lehman made three 3-pointers in the fourth quarter to win the game, even though East Penn had a 42-41 lead at the half.
Ryland Yinger scored 16 points, while Matt Kendall led Northern with 17.
Lehman also had 14.
In the defeat, Haydn Lay scored 15 points and Izzeldin Khair led East Pennsboro with 17.
