According to police, a guy was taken into custody Thursday on suspicion of shooting and murdering a 17-year-old kid at a Harrisburg junction last summer.
According to Harrisburg police, Rashad L. Neal, 30, was taken into custody following a confrontation in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Before being arrested, Neal reportedly locked himself inside a house with a gun, according to the police.
