In the Lions’ most recent game on Friday, they lost to the Hawkeyes. With 53 seconds left, Penn State pulled within 76-75, but they missed their final two baskets and were unable to make a shot at the buzzer.
After dropping its last two Big Ten road games to Minnesota (84–81) and No. 11 Purdue (91–64), Michigan is back at home. The Wolverines are still in shock at their crushing defeat against the Boilermakers, when they fell down 51-26 at the half after a sluggish start.
