As they attempt to continue a seven-game winning and losing streak, the Celtics are early 7.5-point favorites. After defeating the Orlando Magic 121-94 on Friday, Boston’s most recent game was a home loss to the Atlanta Hawks in overtime (119-115) at TD Garden on Sunday. Even though the Celtics only made 38.5 percent of their shots and 15 of their 52 3-point tries, they still had a chance to win.
ESPN’s Ohm Youngmisuk reports that the Warriors will be missing forward Draymond Green due to a left calf strain and maybe Steph Curry, who is listed as questionable due to a left ankle sprain. Golden State has only won back-to-back games twice since the season began 12-3, and they are currently going through a prolonged period of inconsistent play.
