Mechanicsburg and Hershey teamed up for a rematch of the District 3 5A championship game early in the season.

The district title was won by Mechanicsburg (4-1), but Hershey (4-0) prevailed 71-60 this time, maintaining their season-unbeaten record.

Cameron Sweeney led the Trojans with a team-high 22 points. Jack Zakovitch and Drew Grana each scored eight points, while James Campbell IV contributed fourteen.

Mechanicsburg Josh Smith led Mechanicsburg with 30 points.
