Following a shooting on North 2nd Street on Friday night, a Harrisburg man was arrested on attempted homicide charges and was being detained without bail at Dauphin County Prison on Monday night.
Alick Isom, 21, was taken into custody by city police following a brief standoff that started when he locked himself in an apartment with two young children. Isom ultimately gave up without any more problems.
