In the end, Faison declared that he will be playing for South Carolina on Tuesday.

Prior to being selected as a two-star recruit by 247 Sports at Salisbury High School (CT), Faison attended Pottsgrove for his first three years.
He committed to Marshall in 2021 after first attending Lackawanna College in 2020, however he didn’t play a game with either school.
In 2022, he made his collegiate debut for Snow College, rushing for 355 yards and six touchdowns.
In 2023, Faison transferred once more to Utah State, where he spent two seasons as an Aggie, rushing for 1,845 yards and 13 touchdowns.
Faison, who joined the portal on December 23 as a four-star transfer, has finally settled down with the Gamecocks.
