A non-conference game between the Florida Panthers and the Los Angeles Kings is scheduled for Wednesday night.

Only Tampa Bay and Ottawa have scored more goals in the opening period than Florida, which has done so four times this season.
Aleksander Barkov Jr. has contributed five assists in the last ten games, while Matthew Tkachuk has 14 goals and 27 assists for the Panthers.
Bobrovsky has a 2.83 goals-against average and is 19-11-0-2 in 32 games.
In the Pacific Division, the Kings (25-14-5) are 14-3-1 at home and 6-4 in their last ten games.
Among those losses was the Kings’ heartbreaking 5-1 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins on Monday night, which ended their nine-game winning streak at home on a night when they paid tribute to local first responders and firemen.
David Rittich made 27 saves, while Adrian Kempe scored the Los Angeles goal.
Over the past ten games, Phillip Danault has contributed five assists, while Anze Kopitar has scored 12 goals and provided 31 assists for the Kings.
Darcy Kuemper has 13-4-0-5 with a 2.10 goals-against average after starting 23 games in goal. Rittach is 11-10 with a 2.65 goals-against average and has made 20 starts.
