One of the best ways to start the year is with the annual Pennsylvania Farm Show, which starts on January 4.

Naturally, visitors who are eager to see what’s new this year must visit the Farm Show Complex on Cameron Street. You might also need some guidance on how to get there, where to park, and how to pay, given how well-attended the event is.

What you should know is as follows:

The Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex is located at 2300 N. Cameron St. if you’re looking for it. It is well situated across the street from the Department of Agriculture office and very near to I-83.

Traffic

Online traffic and travel time updates for the Farm Show are available at 511pa.com. Conveniently, the website also features a dedicated Farm Show page.

You’ll also likely see signs with directions and information on which lots are still open once you’re close to the Farm Show complex.

The Farm Show Complex has several parking lots, including the North, Northwest, West, Equine, and Maclay lots, totaling around 3,000 parking spots.

However, the likelihood that all 3,000 spots will be occupied at some time every day is rather high. Fortunately, there are alternatives!

Parking off-site

Additionally, there are 3,000 parking spots close by on Elmerton Avenue, close to the Sycamore Street intersection.

Additionally, more parking may be available at the PA Department of Agriculture building or the adjoining HACC campus, depending on the day. The latter will only have parking available on weekends, and visitors can access the complex via a walkway that runs beneath Cameron Street.

If parking and traveling from the Harrisburg Capitol Complex is more convenient, there is also a shuttle service available.

The price

Any spot, whether off-site or at the Farm Show Complex, has a $15 parking fee. We accept all major credit cards. Make sure you have a card with you because cash isn’t.

Both the off-site parking lots and the Farm Show lots have parking spaces for those with disabilities.

At the Farm Show Complex, visitors can also be dropped off at the New Holland Arena, Northwest Corner GIANT Expo Hall, Maclay Street Lobby, and Cameron Street Lobby.
