Despite recent criticism of Penn State wide receivers, one former Nittany Lion has found a new NFL home.

The Cincinnati Bengals announced on Tuesday that Mitchell Tinsley, a one-year wide receiver from Penn State, has signed a reserve/futures contract. He will not be counted against the Bengals’ active roster until February 10th as a result of this signing.
