Due to a knee injury, Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Landon Dickerson has been deemed questionable to return after missing the second half against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

On the sidelines, Dickerson has been working out by riding his bike and performing some squats. He may not come back because he has been standing without a helmet.

Dickerson has been replaced by Tyler Steen, an offensive guard in his second year. Steen made contact with Steelers defensive lineman Cameron Heyward’s helmet during the Eagles’ opening drive of the second half, earning him a 15-yard penalty.

Heyward might make Steen’s troubles worse.

Dickerson has only missed four games in his career and has started all 13 games this season. He sustained injuries to both ankles during his time in college, including one that need tightrope surgery, and two ACL tears. Throughout his NFL career, he has only sustained minor ailments.

In the third round of the 2023 draft, Steen was selected by the Eagles. Steen was projected to earn a starting position this past summer after serving as a backup during his rookie campaign, but he was injured during training camp and lost to Mekhi Becton.

Steen subbed in against the Saints after starting in the Eagles’ victory over the Bengals in Week 7. Dickerson is regarded as one of the greatest guards in the NFL, and his absence might hurt the Eagles’ offensive line.
