DeVonta Smith, an Eagles wide receiver, and Landon Dickerson, an offensive guard, are scheduled to play the Washington Commanders on Sunday.

Smith and Dickerson both practiced on Thursday and took part in individual drills after missing Wednesday’s practice due to injuries.

Dickerson missed the entire second half of the Eagles’ 27–13 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday due to a knee injury. Before using the bench, he performed some squats and rode the exercise bike.

Since he never entered the locker room, the injury didn’t appear to be very significant.

It’s unknown when Smith’s back ailment occurred, but he missed yesterday’s practice. He caught 11 passes for 109 yards and a touchdown while playing in all four quarters against the Steelers.

The Eagles’ offensive should be effective against the Commanders’ defense now that Smith and Dickerson are back. Smith might once more finish with 100 yards or more.

Eagles’ securityOn the first kickoff against the Steelers, Sydney Browns sustained a concussion.

Brown did not take part in any football drills at Wednesday’s practice, but he did work with a trainer. On Thursday, he went back to practice and served as the gunner during special teams exercises.

In order to participate against the Commanders, Eagles wide receiver Brittin Covey, who has been practicing for the past two days, told NJ Advance Media on Wednesday that a doctor still needs to clear him from a neck issue.
