Since his son and fellow show star, Jase Robertson, disclosed that Phil Robertson is dealing with some major health difficulties, the Duck Dynasty star has been showered with well wishes and prayers on social media.

According to Jase, Phil’s diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease is not the only challenge he faces.

On the Unashamed with the Robertson Family podcast, Jase stated, “We were trying to figure out the diagnosis, but the doctors say he has some sort of blood disease causing all kinds of problems.”

His father has been fighting the blood condition for years, but it has been growing worse, he disclosed.

“There is no cure for what he has,” Jase stated, adding, “and we have a team of doctors and another group of doctors who are looking at all the tests.”

If there’s any good news, Jase stated that Phil still wants to be a part of the show and that his Alzheimer’s is still in its early stages, according to NBC News.

Jase remarked, “Well, Phil, you can hardly move without yelling in agony, and your memory is not what it used to be.” “Tell me about it,” he says. Therefore, I believe he would consent to simply sit down and have a chat even though he is literally unable to.

Although Phil Robertson doesn’t use social media, he does have an X account, where many people sent him prayers.

On the platform, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal commented, “Praying for (Phil Robertson) and his family,” along with numerous other well-wishes.
