Whole fresh American cucumbers of all sizes have been recalled by SunFed Produce.

The company announced the recall of the vegetables on November 27 because of a potential salmonella infection. Young children, the elderly, and individuals with compromised immune systems are susceptible to severe and occasionally fatal infections from salmonella.
