On Thursday, Morgan Wallen entered a guilty plea for the April incident in which he threw a chair from a rooftop bar.

Fox17 reports that the country music artist was charged with two misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment.

At a hearing on Tuesday, he entered a conditional guilty plea in exchange for the charges being dropped from felonies to misdemeanors.

Wallen will now serve two years of supervised probation and seven days in a DUI instruction facility as part of the agreement following Judge Cynthia Chappell’s sentencing. According to The Tennessean, he was also mandated to pay court costs and a $350 fine.

On April 7, Wallen threw a chair off the six-story Chief’s bar in Nashville, Tennessee, which is owned by country music artist Eric Church.

His initial charges included three counts of felony reckless endangerment with a lethal weapon and disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

Wallen’s representative at the time informed Fox News Digital that the country music artist was fully cooperating with the investigation.

As long as the Whiskey Glasses singer doesn’t break his deal with the state, Wallen’s attorney told Fox News Digital that the arrangement won’t lead to a conviction.

The statement stated that the charges might be dismissed and expunged when he successfully completed his probation. Over the past eight months, Mr. Wallen has cooperated completely with authorities, speaking with everyone individually and offering his sincere apologies. Mr. Wallen is still dedicated to using his foundation and music to change the world.
