BEREA, Ohio After their 3-14 season, the Cleveland Browns fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and offensive line coach Andy Dickerson, an individual with knowledge of the actions told The Associated Press on Sunday.

According to the source who spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because the team hasn’t released an announcement, Dorsey and Dickerson were told of the changes following Saturday’s 35-10 loss in Baltimore.

Dickerson and Dorsey spent only one season in Cleveland.

Under Dorsey, who was let go by the Buffalo Bills last season, Cleveland’s offense suffered. In just three games, the Browns scored over 20 points, and the team was beset by injuries.

When Bill Callahan joined his son Brian’s crew in Tennessee, Dickerson took his place.

Later on Sunday, head coach Kevin Stefanski is expected to speak to the media. He and Andrew Berry, the general manager, are anticipated to be kept on.

Dorsey was one of the 40 quarterbacks the Browns have started since 1999. In order to reorganize Cleveland’s offense around quarterback Deshaun Watson, he was hired. However, things didn’t work out, as Watson only played in seven games before rupturing his Achilles tendon.

Watson failed to throw for 200 yards or more in any of the games he played in, going 1-6. Dorsey replaced Stefanski as play-caller after Watson was injured.

It was going to be difficult for any coach to replace the esteemed Callahan. Under Dickerson’s leadership, the Browns’ running game never took off, and Cleveland’s offensive line allowed 66 sacks, some of which were on the quarterbacks.
