The National Weather Service reported snow in Mercer, Venango, Forest, Lawrence, Butler, Clarion, Jefferson, Armstrong, and Indiana counties through Saturday at 2 a.m. on Friday at 8:15 p.m.
“Parts of northwest Pennsylvania will have light to moderate snowfall tonight through Saturday morning. Roads will be covered in snow and accumulate between one and two inches of snow as a result of the combination of falling snow and chilly surface temperatures. The weather agency advises drivers to exercise caution when traveling through the area since the roads may become slick or challenging to drive on.
