Jack De Mave, an American actor, passed away.
De Mave, who was most recognized for his parts in iconic television shows including The Mary Tyler Moore Show, died in hospice care in Macon, Georgia. He was ninety-one years old.
The Hollywood Reporter claims that his friend Vickie Lovett verified the news of the Jersey City, New Jersey, native’s passing on January 16. He had had a heart attack on Thanksgiving Day and was in hospice care.
His credits include The Bold and the Beautiful, Lassie, and the previously mentioned Mary Tyler Moore Show. In addition, De Mave starred in movies like Rock Hudson and Claudia Cardinale’s Blindfold and Mel Gibson’s Man Without a Face.
Parade further states that from 1963 until her passing in 2013, De Mave was wed to his wife, Camille, an assistant director.
