The most entertaining cities in America have been recognized in a recent report.
Additionally, two Pennsylvanians have been added to the list.
According to the WalletHub survey, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia were ranked in 23rd and 24th overall, respectively.
This indicates that while Pittsburgh has remained unchanged, Philadelphia dropped from its 2023 rating of 21st.
Nevertheless, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh’s rankings aren’t too bad given that there are 182 cities on the list, each of which was rated according to the two primary categories of Entertainment & Recreation and Nightlife & Parties.
But in ascending order, the top three cities were Miami, Florida; Orlando, Florida; and, maybe not shockingly to some, Las Vegas, Nevada.
According to the report, with so many attractions and restaurants with ratings of at least 4.5 stars, Las Vegas is the most enjoyable city overall. Spas, shopping malls, sports stadiums, festivals, and arcades are a few of the very common locations.
With so many basketball courts, bowling alleys, and hiking trails per person, there are also many of workout options in Las Vegas.
Additionally, the study found that Sin City was rather kid-friendly, ranking top for the number of playgrounds per capita.
As noted by Chip Lupo, an analyst at WalletHub, “the most fun cities naturally include some of the most popular tourist destinations in the U.S., like Vegas, Orlando, and Miami, but these cities are far more than tourist traps.” There are many different restaurants to sample, as well as a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for all kinds of interests, such as sports, theaters, and arcades.
The best communities provide their citizens with reasonably priced options for year-round enjoyment, which benefits both their financial situation and mental well-being.
Conversely, Pearl City, Hawaii, came in last as the least enjoyable city.
