A Man in Palo Alto with A Knife Exposes Himself and Attacks Kids Inside a Car!

PALO ALTO: Early on Friday morning in Palo Alto, a man entered a parked car, rubbed his bare penis, and pressed a knife up against a 7-year-old boy, according to authorities.

About 12:35 a.m., the mother left the toddler and an 11-month-old son in the 100 block of Hamilton Avenue while she briefly entered a nearby company where her boyfriend was employed, according to the police.

When she came back ten or so minutes later, the police reported, she saw a strange man in the driver’s seat, rubbing himself and pressing the knife up on the older child.

Police said the man fled on foot after being surprised by the woman and her boyfriend when they went back inside to find help.

After taking the 7-year-old out of a car seat, it was subsequently discovered that the man had hit the child in the face and sexually abused the child, according to authorities.

The mother also noticed that the center console of the car had her boyfriend’s wallet, which contained $400, stolen.

About four in the morning, authorities said, Joshua Keenan Brass, 30, of East Palo Alto, was brought into custody close to the intersection of Lytton Avenue and Emerson Street.

According to authorities, he was charged with indecent acts against minors, assault with a lethal weapon, endangering children, assault with the purpose to do a sexual act, and kidnapping with the intention of committing a sexual act.
