According to the Associated Press,According to an online court docket, Mangione was charged with murder and other offenses by Manhattan prosecutors late Monday. In Pennsylvania, he was also accused of forgery, giving police a false identity, and possessing an unregistered firearm.
Police claimed that Mangione had a rucksack on the ground close to him that had a black 3D-printed revolver and a 3D-printed silencer when they confronted him at McDonald’s. According to the authorities, the weapon had a metal threaded barrel, a plastic handle, and a metal slide.

Mangione was ordered to be held without bond at SCI Huntingdon, according to the Altoona Mirror.
