Pittsburgh –Five players will not play for the Pittsburgh Steelers against the Cleveland Browns. Veteran wide receiver Mike Williams will start, with wide receiver George Pickens as the top player on the inactive list. Williams has only made one catch on one target since being traded from the New York Jets in November.
