The Week 13 Monday Night Football game will pit the Cleveland Browns against the Denver Broncos.

Sean Payton and the Broncos are back in the heart of things in the AFC playoff race after a terrible 2023 season. With at least a two-game lead for the third wild-card berth going into Monday night’s game against the Cleveland Browns, Denver (7-5) is comfortably in the AFC’s last playoff spot.

Given its 1-4 road record, Cleveland (3-8) might not be in the AFC postseason picture. However, the Browns surprised the Ravens and Steelers this season and persevered by only losing to the Eagles in Week 5 (20-16).

However, it is worthwhile to place a wager on an Anytime Touchdown prop bet, particularly if you are setting up a same-game parlay for Monday Night Football.

Javonte Williams anytime TD (+150)

Where: Sportsbook Bet365

Why: Despite having only 18 carries over the Broncos’ last three games, Williams has one score in Denver’s last two games and is second on the team in running touchdowns (more on that below).

But because he is Denver’s main red-zone back and its opponent, Williams’ odds are this low. The Browns have given up the fifth-most rushing touchdowns this season (15) and rank 23rd in rushing yards per game (106.).

Williams has spent the last three weeks in Payton’s doghouse, but given that he averages two attempts per game at home compared to on the road, he should be in line for a better week against the Browns’ flimsy run defense.

Cleveland has allowed multiple scores on the ground in two of its last three games overall and three of its last four away games, while Denver only has eight rushing touchdowns.

Williams appears to be as good a bet as any forPA sports betting participants to record at least one of them if the Broncos continue that pattern and score at least two on the ground Monday night.

Now is the moment to wager on Javonte Williams anytime TD (+150).

Nick Chubb anytime TD (+160)

Where: Sportsbook DraftKings

Why: Despite running for 59 yards and those two scores against the Steelers’ fourth-ranked rushing defense, Chubb might have a hard time against the Broncos’ sixth-ranked run defense.

In Cleveland’s 24-19 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night, Chubb pleased his teammates and Browns supporters by finding pay soil twice. His two-yard rush with 57 seconds remaining put the Browns ahead for good.

Including his four career receiving touchdowns, Chubb has averaged 0.67 touchdowns per game during his seven-season career, good for third place in Browns history in terms of rushing touchdowns (51). It is safe to assume that Chubb will get carries if the Browns can push the ball inside the 10-yard line because he has a nose for the end zone and will be fed close to the goal line.

In other words, it will be worthwhile to bet on Chubb to find pay dirt if there is a Browns game. However, at current plus-money betting odds, which will yield a $1.60 profit for every dollar wagered, this is doubled.

Place your wager now: Nick Chubb at any time TD (+160)

Jerry Jeudy anytime TD (+230)

FanDuel Sportsbook is where

Why: Since Jameis Winston took over at quarterback and Cleveland shipped No. 1 wideout Amari Cooper to Buffalo, Jeudy has found a more productive position.

Winston has been the starting quarterback since incumbent Deshaun Watson tore his Achilles tendon against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7, and Jeudy has amassed at least 70 yards in four consecutive games during that time.

Although Jeudy and David Njoku, a tight end and red-zone danger, are equal for second place on the team in terms of touchdowns (2), Jeudy is more of a big-play threat than Chubb or Njoku, who tend to score near the goal line. In Week 11 against the New Orleans Saints, Jeudy scored an 89-yard touchdown, his third receiving score of 65 yards or more in his short 68-game NFL career.

Additionally, playing against his old team and in front of its boisterous fan base would undoubtedly make Jeudy, who was selected by the Broncos at No. 15 overall in the 2020 NFL Draft, angry. In March, the Broncos sent Jeudy to Cleveland in exchange for two late-round draft selections.

Winston has seven in four starts, including two games with multiple touchdowns, while Denver is only allowing one passing touchdown per game. Winston should hit if he throws two touchdowns, but if he only tosses one, it will probably go to Jeudy or Njoku.

Because of the revenge element, we think Jeudy will win, and he has good odds at FanDuel, one of the top sportsbooks in Pennsylvania.

Now place your bet: Jerry Jeudy at any time TD (+230).

Bo Nix anytime TD (+280)

For example, Caesars Sportsbook

Why: As you can see from the part regarding Williams’ possible anytime-touchdown wager, Nix leads the Broncos in running touchdowns (4). All of those variables also apply to Nix’s ability to score.

Nix, Williams, or another receiver (see below) have a good chance of striking pay dirt because the Broncos frequently run-pass options close to the goal line.

Now place your bet: Bo Nix anytime TD (+280)

Devaughn Vele anytime TD (+320)

Where: Sportsbook BetMGM

Why: Over the last three weeks, Vele’s contribution to the Denver offense has only grown.

Courtland Sutton just finished a fantastic game in which he had 97 yards on eight catches and two touchdowns. Despite giving up two touchdowns to the Broncos’ top receiver, Vele had a six-catch, 80-yard afternoon and finished with just one less target (9) than Sutton’s 10.

Over the last three weeks, the seventh-round choice in the 2024 NFL Draft has upped his targets and yards, and in Week 10 of the Broncos’ 16–14 loss to the Chiefs, he scored his first NFL touchdown.

Expect a less productive week from Sutton as Denzel Ward patrols the Cleveland secondary with his NFL-high 17 passes defended. However, Nix should make some huge plays in the passing game because the Browns are only giving up 1.36 passing touchdowns per game and have only had two interceptions this season.

All of these ought to make it possible for Vele to discover pay dirt for the second time in his professional life. Furthermore, there is absolutely nothing to lose by placing a little wager on the Broncos No. 2 receiver to score a touchdown at these odds, since a winning wager will yield a $3.20 profit-per-dollar wager.

Put your money down now: Devaughn Vele at any time TD (+320)
