Kellen Diesch, a former offensive tackle for the Pittsburgh Steelers, is joining the UFL. This spring, Diesch will sign with the Arlington Renegades for the 2025 season. Given his physical attributes, he should have little trouble making a comeback to the NFL with a strong performance.

The 27-year-old Diesch played for the Tennessee Titans in 2024, but he never converted that time into a futures contract. Diesch has played for the Steelers, Titans, Cleveland Browns, New England Patriots, Chicago Bears, and Miami Dolphins since graduating from Arizona State.

Despite having impressive testing results, the 6-foot-7, 300-pound lineman was not selected in the draft. He had an impressive 1.68 10-yard split and ran a 4.89 40-yard sprint.

The two-time All-PAC 12 selection has the size and background to continue earning opportunities even though he hasn’t played in an NFL game yet. If Diesch displayed such skills in the spring, a team might be interested in him because he is a large, athletic athlete who moves well in space.
