Three Philadelphia officials who assisted in calling it a suicide will go to court with Ellen Greenberg’s parents fourteen years after she was stabbed to death.

The Greenbergs’ lawsuit against one of the case’s investigators and two medical examiner officials involved in the manner of death judgment was cleared by a Philadelphia court on Friday, and a jury trial is scheduled to start next week.
