JuJu Smith-Schuster, a former wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers, is returning to the Super Bowl. Smith-Schuster may add a ring to his collection for the second time while playing for the Kansas City Chiefs. Smith-Schuster signed a one-year, incentive-rich contract prior to joining the New England Patriots, which enabled him to win a Super Bowl and receive his large contract in free agency.
Smith-Schuster’s time in New England was cut short due to a knee injury and other factors, but he has since returned to Kansas City and is now able to play in a power slot position as a crucial blocker for a Chiefs team that aims to run the ball effectively.
The Steelers’ second-round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft missed time due to lower body injuries, including an ankle injury in 2023, and knee issues over the offseason. Smith-Schuster, a graduate of USC, had his best season in 2018 when he surpassed 1400 receiving yards and looked fantastic alongside Antonio Brown.
