Late last week, Ryan Watts, a rookie for the Pittsburgh Steelers, had surgery for an ankle ailment. He attempted to recover from the injury he sustained during the preseason. Watts wrote on Instagram that the past year had been one of the most difficult times in his life and that he was wearing a neck brace.

Another update regarding Ryan Watts. appears to be on the Instagram story of his girlfriend.”Today’s the day of his surgery…”https://twitter.com/AV587AwkF7 #Steelerspic

Watt had surgery following the season, according to his significant other, who appeared to share similar thoughts on Instagram. His availability for the 2025 season may be impacted.

Watts engaged in side activities throughout the final few months of the season, but it appears that the rehabilitation did not assist Watts in returning to the field. He never got the medical clearance he had been waiting for.

That injury happened in August when Watts was hit by a knee to the head close to the game’s last play against the Detroit Lions. Watts was diagnosed with a stinger following the play. But he never played again, and a week later he was put on season-ending injured reserve.
