Williamsport A court in Lycoming County has granted intensive supervised bail to a man who the district attorney has identified as a significant defendant in a homicide case.
Judge William P. Carlucci stated Friday that a pretrial services inquiry will decide if 20-year-old Ibn Hakim Hunter is eligible for the program.
