PossibilityFirst-round selection of Pittsburgh SteelersOn Friday, Emeka Egbuka declared his intention to enter the NFL Draft. The Steelers have been linked to Egbuka multiple times in early mock drafts, and he is considered one of the best wide receivers in the class.

Players from Notre Dame and Ohio State who competed in the National Championship had until Friday to make up their minds about leaving school to play in the NFL. Egbuka, who is anticipated to be in his 20s come April, will be the most recent in a long line of Ohio State wide receivers to enter the NFL.

Alongside standout freshman wide receiver Jeremiah Smith, Egbuka, a tremendously gifted wide receiver, took over as Ohio State’s go-to player.

The Steelers are hoping that Egbuka will reach them this cycle after he excelled in the NCAA football playoffs and helped his stock rise to that of a mid-first-round choice.

Ttetairoa McMillan of Arizona, Luther Burden of Missouri, and Matthew Golden of Texas are the other top wide receivers in the class.
