Due to his skill and work ethic, Tony Rojas, a linebacker who enrolled early at Penn State, immediately caught the attention of James Franklin and a few other defensive assistants.
Rojas was a standout running back at Fairfax High School in Virginia and a four-star recruit. He gained almost 30 pounds during his first winter at State College, which helped him get into all 13 of the Lions’ games in 2023.
