NFL insider Jordan Schultz claims that Todd Haley, the former offensive coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers, is being considered for a new position with the New York Jets. Although it’s unknown exactly what role Haley would play, she might join the Jets’ new head coach Aaron Glenn’s staff.

From 2012 to 2017, Haley served as the offensive coordinator for the Steelers during the Killer B era. He oversaw some of the most successful offenses in Steelers history during that period, but the organization moved on in 2017 and hired Randy Fichtner as offensive coordinator after his temperament and erratic play-calling became too much for him.

Following his dismissal, Haley went on to join the Cleveland Browns as their offensive coordinator and played in spring leagues, most notably as the Memphis Showboats’ head coach in 2023.

The 57-year-old has a lengthy history in the NFL. Before being sacked and going back to Pittsburgh to work as an NFL assistant, he was the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs from 2009 to 2011. Since 2018, he has not served as an NFL coach.
